THE PERIOD DIGNITY PROGRAMME

At the heart of our Period Dignity Programme is a bold mission: to break down barriers to education by ensuring that no girl misses out on school due to menstruation. We provide essential period products to girls, empowering them to stay in school without interruption. Alongside this, we offer comprehensive menstrual education, helping girls confidently navigate their periods and embrace their bodies with pride.


We believe that knowledge is power, and that educating girls about menstruation is the first step in breaking the cycle of shame and stigma. That’s why our approach goes beyond simply providing products. We are committed to shattering menstrual taboos and creating a safe space for open, honest conversations during our Period Dignity outreach programmes.

By teaching girls how to manage their periods safely, with dignity and confidence, we empower them to be proud of their periods and stand strong against the stigma they face. We encourage girls to speak out and normalise menstruation, making it part of everyday conversation.

In doing so, we are helping create a future where menstruation no longer keeps girls from achieving their dreams—where period products and menstrual education go hand in hand, allowing girls to thrive, stay in school, and become leaders of tomorrow.
